I needed tires on my RV Trailer, they were my 5th call.
My tires had a slow leak. They said it would be $25/tire to inspect for corrosion. The work was done very quickly, they did find corrosion and sealed the tire to prevent this from happening again. They ended up only charging $50 because they didn't feel they did $100 of work. Very easy to work with, very fair, and quick service.
Had a can-do attitude and got me on the road in less than an hour, 4 tires replaced.
I took in a tire mounted on a damaged wheel that I needed to be removed and mounted onto a brand new wheel. I also had a new valve stem/TPMS sensor for the new wheel. When the technician went to install the new sensor onto the new wheel he broke off the valve stem. While in the process of trying to remove the damaged valve stem they were prying on the outside of the wheel with metal pliers against the chrome finish causing damage to it. I pointed out this damage and told them this wheel was brand new and this damage was unacceptable. The technician took no responsibility for the damage and said 'oh well.' I sent a letter to their corporate office and they blew it off too. I wouldn't trust this place to put air in my bicycle tire.

Worked with Danny on a flat tire. Fixed it quickly and inspected all the other tires. I was ready to replace all four and he told me I didn't need it and that I had plenty of miles left. I would highly recommend using Southside Tire!
Call them for an appointment dropped of the car. By the time I left class, it was ready to go quick and convenient. Charged a lot less than other 4 people I went to. Thanks!!! She handlesaid great again.
